Its a new day for the church! There's a new generation rising up. There's a new sound that must be broadcasted from the house of God to the whole world.

As time marches on, we need to move forward into what God has for His house. Much of the identity, culture and atmosphere that people experience when they come to church is communicated through not only the music we play, but our entire mentality and attitude toward Praise and Worship in our services.

What kind of picture are we painting of our God? Is it an ancient, staunch, pious, unfathomable being in the sky? Or a God who is alive and present, full of energy, power and joy?! Not just our music, but our whole demeanor during worship communicates this!

King David says in Psalm 40, verse 3:

"He has put a new song in my mouth- A song of praise to our God; Many will see it and fear, And will trust in the Lord."

Here King David is telling us that when we bring the God inspired new and fresh into praise and worship, the world will not just hear it, but they will SEE it! They will see that its from God, realize and experience His reality, and their hearts will be so moved that they will trust in Christ! What an awesome thing!
